All samples tested from a 2 inch square midside sample by the Wool Testing Authority Europe on a laserscan usiing the Butt End method
TOFT STEVIE is a well grown well proportioned young male with excellent conformation exhibiting a uniform, exceptionally dense, very conisistent fleece right out to his extremities with a very soft handle and very impressive staple length.
TOFT STEVIE'S sire is our solid Dark Fawn Champion HERTS Big Bopper who has made a major contributuon to our selective breeding here at TOFT over the past few years, adding frame, fineness, consistency, density, colour and exceptional staple length to our very fine females. The way Stevie has matured one can see that he is carrying all the positive traits of his lineage and we have no doubt he will make a major contributon to another herd's breeding program.
TOFT STEVIE has a top class pedigree. His Dam is TOFT SARNAI a solid bay black daughter of our Champion Male TOFT Timogen whose lineage speaks for itself and whose offspring are busy picking up rosettes and ribbons throughout the UK and Europe.
TOFT STEVIE has an excellent show record.
2023 4th in his class in the Junior brown British Alpaca Society National Show (Most competitive show in Europe)
3rd in class in Junior Brown at the Heart of England Alpaca Fiesta
2024 1st in his Class Intermediate brown at the Heart of England Autumn fleece show
2025 1st in Class in the Adult Brown Heart of England Alpaca Fiesta.
2026 2nd in Class Adult Brown British Alpaca Society National Show
2nd in Class Adult Brown Heart of England Alpaca Fiesta
You can see by the consistent show results and his stats above that as he has matured Stevie has maintained all his positive traits which has moved him up the rankiings as his contemporaries fail to maintain the same level of finiess and consistency.
TOFT STEVIE is now a mature male with real potential who is now showing a keen interest in creating a family of his own. We do not put our males up for sale as studs unless we are very confdent that they can make an impressive contributon to those breeders of fine coloured quality alpacas.
TOFT STEVIE is a prime example of a young stud male with real potential well worth your consideration who will be ready to make his contribution to your herd in 2026.
All our stud males are sold subject to a fertility guarantee if for whatever unlikely reason you find that this boy proves to be infertile, we will refund or replace.
