All samples tested from a 2 inch square midside sample by the Wool Testing Authority Europe on a laserscan using the Butt End method
TOFT MANTOVANI is a well grown well proportioned exceptional young male with excellent conformation on a very strong well balanced frame exhibiting an extremely uniform, very conisistent fleece, right out to his extremities with a very soft handle. He is now proven and his first offspring will be on the ground at in 2027
TOFT MANTOVANI'S sire is a Champion Male HERTS Big Bopper and his dam is TOFT Macha a Solid Mid Brown daughter of TOFT Taipan whose father was the Legendary LAVENDER PARK Tulley who sired numerous Champions and Show winners throughout the UK.
On his dams side he carries the Toft selected breedings of the past reaching back five generations to the exceptional genetics of our original coloured male TOFT Skywalker who we selected in Peru from over 300 alpacas at the start of our adventure into elite coloured alpacas over 25 years ago.
TOFT MANTOVANI is available for stud service. We also offer him up for sale as he is related to much of our herd and therefore will have a limited use at Toft Alpacas, which would be a very 'poor do' for such a good looking young male with real potential who could add a lot of depth to a different coloured herd.
TOFT MANOVANI has already made an impression in the show ring :-
2024. 1st in Class first in his Junior Brown class - Heart of England Autumn Fleece Show
CHAMPION Junior Brown Heart of England Autumn Fleece Show
2026 3rd in Class Adult Brown Male British Alpaca Society National Show ( The most competitive show in Europe)
