ROB JUDGES BAS NATIONAL SHOW 2009

Having been a BAS qualified judge since 2001 it was a great honour to be chosen this year along with Kristin Burhman from Canada to judge the BAS National Show at the Newark & Notts showground. Almost 300 alpacas were judged in tandem and I have to say that it was a very pleasurable experience from  start to finish. The whole show was well organised, well attended and the weather was fine providing a good an denthusastic crowd. It was a fantastic experieince to be asked to judge the best breeding our indusry can provide and I have to say that the standard of alpacas was truly impressive and a credit to our small community.
