amazing views and stupendous sunsets.

Our holiday cottage offers outstanding views over Draycote water siiting as it does between the villages of Thurlaston and Dunchurch in North East Warwickshire.
Toft Manor holiday cottage is located close to the historic towns of Rugby, Coventry, Stratford, Warwick, Kenilworth and Leamington Spa. With the Cotswolds within twenty minutes driving it is a perfect location for sightseeing, exploring and shopping.
We can also offer plenty of local activities to entertain our more active guests.
Fly Fishing: Draycote water is one of the best trout fisheries in the UK with on-bank and in boat fly fishing available.
Sailng: Sailing lessons are available through the Draycote Yacht club. There is a full calendar of yachting activities available throughout the year and windsurfers abound on this wonderful stretch of water.
Cycling: There is Sustrans cycle route running around adn throuhg the reservoir giving access to the rest of Warwickshire and beyond.
Bird Watching: Draycote is a nature reserve and bird sanctuary with many interesting avain visitors.
Jogging, walking, Norwegian stick walking and all pastimes pedestrian are available free everyday from dawn to dusk for those who desire regular exercise.
All this and more is literally on the doorstep only three minutes walk down the hill.
Golf: Whitefields Golf course is also situated on the banks of the reservoir and there are numerous other top class golf courses in the area. Polo and horse riding lessons are also available nearby for the equestrian interest.
The Historic Village of Dunchurch was once the crossroads to the North during the days of the stagecoach. The village was once home to a thousand horses, which serviced this busy junction in the coaching days. Now the village offers two charming and lively public houses and an abundance of lively restaura
nts which cater for all tastes.
Toft Manor is home to the premier herd Alpacas. Owned by Rob & Shirley Bettinson. Over 200 pedigree alpacas roam the fields around the cottage on this busy alpaca stud farm. There are a mile or two of public footpaths runnung through the paddocks where walkers can enjoy the alpacas.
